"Customer service left me hanging"
I’m still waiting for someone to actually reply. It feels like customer service just hides behind policy loopholes so they don’t have to deal with the issue. Really frustrating experience.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I was actually in a good mood when I opened it, but the shade looked a lot different in person than it did online. It was kind of disappointing because I was really hoping it would match what I saw in the photos.

"Holds up well on me"
I’ve tried a handful of Lights Lacquer shades at this point, and overall I’m impressed with how long they last on my nails.
When I use a base coat and top coat, I usually get about 5 or 6 days before any real chipping shows up. The tips start looking a little worn sooner, but that doesn’t bother me much.
Okay, quick mood shift: it is kind of annoying that some shades seem to hold up better than others. Still, I like the formula overall and I’m happy enough to keep using it.

"Cute colors, but let’s not pretend it’s worth the price"
I really wanted to love this, especially for what it costs. The colors are pretty, I’ll give it that, but the quality was just average. It lasted about as long as some much cheaper polishes I’ve used, so I’m not totally sure what the extra money is supposed to be for. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, I expected a bit more than just “fine.” I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Chipped after just one day"
The polish looked really nice when I first put it on, so I was hopeful, but it started chipping the very next day. The brush was kind of messy too, which made applying it more annoying than it should’ve been. For the price, I expected better, and it feels like quality wasn’t really a priority here...

"I still haven’t received my order..."
I still haven’t received my order, and the shipping has taken way longer than expected. At this point I’m just wondering where it even is, make it make sense
